Who can resist a burger when you’re ravenous?

Even Chantelle Houghton proved she’s a sucker for a tasty burger whilst soaking up the sun on holiday in Spain last week. But with some burgers coming in at a whopping 35% fat - how can you indulge yourself without the guilt (or the extra Ibs)?

 

Making your own burger is easier than you may think, and you control how much meat, salt and flavourings go in them. Minced beef is high in amino acids and is a good source of iron and zinc. It therefore makes a good treat if you feel in need of an energy boost after work. Click here for a recipe.
