Ingredients

  • Two beetroots (in own juice not pickled) sliced
  • 4 pecan nuts, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, mixed with:
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon
  • Handful shredded spinach

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients onto a bed of shredded spinach.
