Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • 5 walnuts
  • Handful cranberries
  • 1 egg
  • 50g tuna
  • 1/2 fresh lime juice
  • 1tbsp creme fraîche (Dressing)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed (Dressing)
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dressing)
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice (Dressing)

Method

  1. Lightly chop the spinach and place on plate
  2. Add all ingredients and squeeze over the fresh lime juice over the top
  3. Then mix all dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad
